1- Fair Market Value (FMV) Lease:
In a Fair Market Value lease, the customer makes monthly payments for the term of the lease (12 or 24 months). At the lease's end, the customer can either:

• Return the equipment to Abtex
• Continue leasing the equipment month-to-month
• Upgrade to new equipment, or
• Purchase the equipment at its then "fair market value".

The fair market value in determined by prevailing used computer equipment prices at the time of the lease's end. Abtex's FMV lease is a good option for most customers because it offers lower monthly payments than the other types of leases, and allows customers to upgrade their equipment at the end of the lease. Also, the monthly payments are generally 100% tax deductible.
